छत्तीसगढ़ को सलवा जुडूम मामले में क्लीन चिट
राष्ट्रीय मानव अधिकार आयोग ने उच्चतम न्यायालय में सौंपी एक रिपोर्ट में नक्सलियों की गतिविधियों पर काबू पाने के लिए शुरू किए गए सलवा जुडूम को लेकर छत्तीसगढ सरकार को क्लीन चिट दी है। आयोग के तीन सदस्यीय पैनल ने 118 पृष्ठों की रिपोर्ट में कहा है कि कानून को लागू करने वाले जब स्वयं अप्रभावी हो या मौके पर मौजूद नहीं रहे तो ऐसी स्थिति में जनजातियों को आत्म रक्षा का अधिकार दिए जाने से इंकार नहीं किया जा सकता।
