The Petitioners have fought a long drawn out battle. It is only because of the persistence and tenacity of the Petitioners, especially Ku. Varsha Dongre that these irregularities, acts of corruption, nepotism, favourtism etc. have been brought out. Therefore, Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission is burdened with costs of Rs.5,00,000/- in the writ petition of Petitioner Ku. Varsha Dongre, which shall be paid to her and Rs. 2,00,000/- in the other writ petition where both the Writ Petitioners will get Rs.1,00,000/- each. Exemplary costs have been awarded because of the totally false stand taken by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission earlier and its obstinacy in not correcting the mistakes for which permission was granted to it on its own application by this Court vide order dated 26.10.2007. The costs be paid on or before 31st October, 2016.
कोर्ट ने वर्षा डोंगरे, चमन सिन्हा, रविन्द्र सिंह की याचिका को स्वीकार करते हुए पीएससी को प्रश्न पत्रों को कोर्ट की निगरानी में जांच करने, इसी के आधार पर रिस्केलिंग कर नई मैरिट सूची तैयार कर अभ्यार्थियों का साक्षात्कार लेकर चयन सूची जारी करने का आदेश दिया। इसके साथ ही चयनित होने वाले नए उम्मीदवार को 2003 से वरिष्ठता का लाभ देनें और अपात्र होने वाले चयनित उम्मीदवार को बाहर करने का निर्देश दिया है। कोर्ट ने पीएससी को सभी कार्रवाई 31 अक्टूबर तक पूरी कर कोर्ट को रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने का आदेश दिया है। संपूर्ण फैसला आप इस लिंक से पढ़़ सकते हैं -
